4.4 Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans for premium features on PickUp:

By subscribing to one of our premium plans, you gain access to additional features, including enhanced event management and exclusive content.

4.4.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the app or your device's App Store settings.

4.4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel your subscription, go to your App Store settings and follow the instructions to manage your subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription.

4.4.4 Subscription Fees

The fee for each subscription plan will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary depending on your region and any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change the pricing for our subscription plans. You will be notified of any price changes, and you can choose to accept or cancel your subscription at that time.

20. User-Generated Content Moderation

PickUp is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. To achieve this, we have implemented the following measures:

20.1 Content Filtering

We utilize automated and manual content filtering tools to detect and block objectionable content. While we strive to minimize inappropriate content, users are encouraged to report any harmful or offensive material they come across.

20.2 Reporting Inappropriate Content

Users can report content they believe to be inappropriate, abusive, or violating our community guidelines. Reports will be reviewed by our moderation team, and actions will be taken within 24 hours of the report.

20.3 Blocking Abusive Users

If you encounter an abusive user, you can block them immediately through the app. Blocking a user will also notify the developer of the inappropriate behavior. Once blocked, all content from the offending user will be removed from your feed instantly.

20.4 Developer Actions

We are committed to acting swiftly on reported content. If a user violates our community guidelines, we will remove the content and may take action to eject the user from the platform. All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours.
